The idea of writing down life goals isn’t new. Leonardo da Vinci and Benjamin
Franklin are just two of history’s high performers who have used “bucket lists”
and “To-Do” lists to assemble their ambitions and share their dreams with
others.
Now Caroline Adams Miller has written the most definitive and up-to-date guide

Ultimate Life List Guide” (Sterling 2009). Caroline has always been fascinated
by the study of human excellence and well-being, so she used her unique
education at the University of Pennsylvania’s ground-breaking Masters in
